Product Introduction
The FP-9000 flat panel gas capture device is developed specifically for capturing volatile gases (organic pollutants) generated on the surface of LCD liquid crystal displays and PDP plasma displays.
The heating furnace base is equipped with a fixed flat plate device, which can reliably capture and analyze the flat plate gas.
The heating furnace can be heated up to 500 ℃ for capturing and sampling.
The heating furnace adopts an inverted hanging method, only sampling the front of the flat plate, and will not cause damage to the flat plate.
The heating furnace is sealed with an O-ring (polyimide material) for no leakage.
Equipped with a cooling water circulation device.
Equipped with anti overheating devices, interlocking safety devices, emergency stop buttons, water leakage sensors (optional) and other safety prevention devices.
